You’re invited to an evening of movement, music, and gentle connection with your body.
Together we’ll share a heart-opening cup of cacao before moving through a guided dance journey designed to help you release any heaviness, awaken your energy centres, and feel more at home in yourself.
There are no steps to follow and no right or wrong way to move. This is a safe, supportive space, in the company of women, where you can explore how your body wants to express itself.
Dress in whatever makes you feel comfortable and expressive. If that means track pants, then it is welcome. If that means glitter and sparkles, then that is welcome.
My intention is for you to feel like you can be yourself, and in that process, start to connect deeply with the essence of your femininity. That is, to flow, to experience your sensuality and to express yourself freely.
The music and guidance will take you through waves of rhythm, stillness, play, and flow, leaving you feeling lighter, grounded, and nourished.

🌸 About the location: We will dance on the beautiful grounds of the Allambee Sanctuary, a tranquil place nestled on the waters banks of the Tingalapa Resevior in Capalaba, a 30min drive from Brisbane City.
These lands have been highly activated to hold a frequency of peace and we acknowledge. We honour the first nations Quandamooka peoples land and are privileged to walk alongside the spirits who are in agreeance of what is being manifested here on these magical lands, creating a harmonious alliance of change for reconnection back to ley lines, the lands, waters, wildlife and the Earth.
